Exhibitor Happy Hour - Kickoff the convention with the first official networking event of the week!  Attendees and exhibitors come together for an energetic afternoon of conversation, relationship-building, beverages and light appetizers before the evening's Welcome Dinner and Casino Night festivities begin.

November 18 | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Convention Programming & Trade Show - A full day of industry programming, networking and attendee engagement.  With consistent traffic throughout the day, exhibitors have prime opportunities to build relationships, showcase products and services and connect directly with growers, agribusiness leaders, and industry decision-makers.

Exhibitor Move-Out

Guidelines

• Exhibitors are responsible for providing all materials, equipment, signage and display items necessary for the setup and operation of their booth space.
• Exhibitors are required to complete booth setup and teardown within the designated move-in and move-out windows provided.  Early teardown before the close of the tradeshow is not permitted unless approved in advance by event management.
• Convention organizers will not provide power strips, extension cords, televisions, Wi-Fi or any other equipment or services outside of what is specifically included.
• Exhibitors are not permitted to attach or affix anything to the walls using tape, pins, adhesives or any other method.  All booth elements must be free-standing and self-supported withing the assigned booth space.
