Air Transportation

Marco Technologies will cover the cost of your coach class airfare. After completion of your registration, you will be contacted by TMN Events air booking consultant.  They will provide you with a tentative flight itinerary that you will need to accept before the flight will be booked. You will have 24 hours to confirm the flight will work for you or the process will have to start over. We ask that you respond promptly to keep flight costs down. 

Passports

Just a reminder that this is an international flight.  Current passports will be necessary for air travel.  If you need to update or purchase a passport, note that this process can take up to two months.

Ground Transportation

Marco Technologies will provide complimentary ground transportation for you from, and back to, the Calgary International Airport (YYC) and to all event sponsored activities during your stay from July 21, 2023 thru July 25, 2023. There is no need to rent a car. Your airport transportation will be arranged for you based upon your flight itinerary.

Hotel

All hotel reservations must be made according to your registration on this website. You will only be required to present a credit card upon check-in for incidentals or additional nights of stay – space available. Marco Technologies will cover the room/tax for arrival on July 21, 2023, through departure on July 25, 2023. Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, you may request alternate dates if rooms are available. Any extra hotel nights will be at the attendee's own expense.

 

On Own Transportation

Enjoy the experience of riding in one of Banff's beautiful, energy-efficient Roam buses to some of Banff's most iconic destinations. Service runs daily throughout town.The Roam transit routes cover much of Banff townsite, and there are bus stops near just about any spot you want to get to.

Roam will come in handy if you decide to stay downtown Banff after the dinner Dine Arounds on Sunday or on Monday when you are "On Your Own" for a free day of fun in Banff!

See the concierge at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel for your Roam free transit pass. You will need to provide this as you enter the Roam transportation.
