Air Transportation

Konica Minolta | Marco will cover the cost of your coach class airfare. After completion of your registration, you will be contacted with a tentative flight itinerary that you will need to accept before the flight will be booked. You will have 24 hours to confirm the flight will work for you or the process will have to start over. We ask that you respond promptly to keep flight costs down.

Ground Transportation

Konica Minolta | Marco will provide complimentary ground transportation for you from, and back to, the Monterey (MRY), San Jose (SJC), or San Francisco (SFO) airport and to all event sponsored activities. There is no need to rent a car. Your airport transportation will be arranged for you based upon your flight itinerary.

Note, the Monterey Airport is less than 4 miles from the hotel and would be the airport most convenient for you.  San Jose and San Francisco airports are 1.5 hours and 2 hours + from the hotel. 

Hotel

All hotel reservations must be made according to your registration on this website and you will only be required to present a credit card upon check-in for incidentals or additional nights of stay. Konica Minolta | Marco will cover the room/tax for arrival on September 18, 2023 and departure on September 22, 2023. Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, you may request alternate dates if rooms are available. Any extra hotel nights will be at the attendee's own expense.
