Canon Solutions America will cover the cost of your coach class airfare. After completion of your registration, you will be contacted with a tentative flight itinerary that you will need to accept before the flight will be booked. You will have 24 hours to confirm the flight will work for you or the process will have to start over. We ask that you respond promptly to keep flight costs down.

Canon Solutions America will provide complimentary ground transportation for you from, and back to, the local airport and to all event sponsored activities. There is no need to rent a car. Your airport transportation will be arranged for you based upon your flight itinerary.

For those that attend in person, all hotel reservations must be made via this website and you will only be required to present a credit card upon check-in for incidentals. Canon Solutions America will cover the room/tax for arrival on March 9, 2022 through departure on March 10, 2022 If you choose to arrive earlier or depart later, you may request alternate dates in the comment box below. Any extra hotel nights will be at the attendee's own expense.
